Code Of Conduct

Arch Halo Vampire Krewe is a St. Louis-based Krewe serving the Vampire, Goth, and Darkling communities while raising money for charities we love. We strive to create events that are FUN for EVERYONE, but…

We have a few rules to ensure it’s a fun, healthy, and safe environment for all!

  1. Adults Only: You Must Be 18 to Enter the Ball and You Must Be 21 to Drink.

All Participants but be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in our events. No minors are allowed at Arch Halo Vampire Krewe events without express, written pre-approval by Arch Halo Vampire Krewe management.

  1. This Is a Private Event

All Arch Halo Events are private events, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any guest or vendor found to not be in compliance with our code of conduct may be removed at any time at our discretion.

  1. Be Civil

Respect everyone. We expect guests to act in a proper, respectful manner towards everyone. We are all here to have a great time, and we don’t need people being hostile to one another, violating someone’s personal space, or having unwanted physical contact. Act as proper ladies and gentlemen.

  1. No Drugs

No illegal drugs of any kind. This is pretty self-explanatory.

  1. No Outside Food or Beverage

Please don’t bring in any outside food or beverages to our events! Our venues have a wonderful menu, and/or bar.

  1. No Blood

No drinking of blood, or bloodletting at our events, under any circumstances. Certain performances may contain scenes where fake blood is permitted.

  1. No Weapons

No weapons are allowed at our events. Costume prop weapons may be allowed in some performances only with express written consent of the management.

  1. No Harassment

Arch Halo is a very diverse community open to all genders, legal age groups, races, sexual orientations, religions, national origins, and all other walks of life. We draw a hard line on the issue of harassment. Anyone found to be harassing any guest or member of our Krewe will be removed without refund, and banished from attending any event we host, for life.

  1. Be Safe

Anyone who feels unsafe at any time for any reason at our events is encouraged to inform a member of our Krewe. Look for the red badges.

  1. Photo Policy

Guests are encouraged to take lots of pictures and videos with their cellular phone for their own personal use. Professional photography equipment is prohibited unless written permission is given from management. If you do not wish to have your picture taken by one of our photographers, please inform them immediately. Personal photos and videos may be taken only with permission from those in the photo.

  1. Neutral Ground

Arch Halo is Neutral Ground. As such, we ask that you leave all VC politics, titles, etc. at the door. The Vampire Community has recently been plagued with drama and tensions between groups. We ask you to leave that outside and enjoy the night. We welcome any coven/house/halo or group as long as they agree to abide by this rule. Violators may be removed from the event without refund at the discretion of management.

  1. No Politics

Our events are open to all walks of life that wish to enjoy the night and abide by these rules. That being said, we ask that you leave political discussions outside. Our events are an escape from the politics and drama of both mundane and VC politics.

  1. No Soliciting

No promoting, recruiting, distribution of materials, or sale of goods without the express written permission from management.

  1. Dress Code

All Participants must but be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in our events. No minors are allowed at Arch Halo Vampire Krewe events without express, written pre-approval by Arch Halo Vampire Krewe management.

Any Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in expulsion from the event and/or community without refund at the discretion of Arch Halo Vampire Krewe Management. Please Help us uphold these high standards of conduct so everyone can enjoy the experience!
